The event raises awareness around Youth Mental Health and is tailored to Secondary School Students. The Talkin’ it Up! event encourages positive mental health experiences through active participation in our activity-based workshops that stem from the Wheel of Wellbeing (WoW) framework. We encourage students to be inspired by the Talkin’ it Up! Forum, and share their learnings and experience back in their community.
